PURCHASE, EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Goods and services: exchange, refund, deposit
You have the right to return, in its original packaging and without any particular reason, a product purchased remotely (by mail or online) within 14 days of receiving it at your home.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, if you regret having made a purchase or when you want to cancel it, Agipresse is not obliged to take back the goods sold, to exchange them or to give you a credit note.
However, if the purchased good is defective, the merchant is obliged to exchange it, repair it or have it repaired without asking you for additional costs. If this is not possible, the merchant must offer you a refund.
Before making a purchase, always check the Agipresse exchange or refund policy . It is advisable to keep your invoices.
Online purchases Procedure for getting a refund
You have made a purchase on a website and the merchant does not respect certain obligations? You could cancel your purchase if you respect the conditions and deadlines provided.
The merchant does not refund you within 15 days of canceling your purchase? If you paid by credit card, you have 60 days to request a chargeback from the issuer of the credit card used.
Contents of a chargeback request
Your chargeback request must be made in writing. It must contain the following information:
- the name of the credit card holder;
- credit card number and expiration date;
- the name of the trader;
- the date of conclusion of the contract;
- the amount charged to the credit card account;
- the amount that the trader is required to reimburse;
- the description of the goods or services covered by the chargeback request;
- the reason for cancellation;
- the date of cancellation of the purchase;
- the method of transmitting the cancellation notice.

No returns or exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at

When we receive the returned product, we will carefully examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether its defect entitles you to a refund or replacement.
If you are eligible for a refund or replacement, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, depending on the original method of payment.
Option 2
–Refunds allowed:
We accept returns. You may return unopened items, in original packaging, within 30 days of purchase, if you present your receipt or proof of purchase.
If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Once we receive your returned product, we will carefully examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, if you are eligible for a refund.
If you are eligible, we will refund the purchase price to the original method of payment.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Items sold at a reduced price are not refundable.
