  • SK FUND OBJECTIVES

This non-profit cultural organization is a learned society, responsible for administering and managing a special fund also called SALEM KABIEN investments. This fund is created with the aim of supporting the creative activities of gifted children who are deprived or disadvantaged and also young adults from so-called privileged backgrounds, but who have nihilistic and destructive behaviors to use their intelligence well for the benefit of humanity and the advancement of science, in the cultural, artistic, scientific research, social-ecological and entrepreneurial fields.

  • MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION

The Salem Kabien Cultural Institute and Fund has the essential goals of identifying and promoting human creative intelligence and encouraging research into the nature and characteristics of intelligence and its use, in order to provide its clients and members with a stimulating intellectual and social environment to ensure the training and supervision of young people who are inventive or have talents but are neglected. To prevent mental illness, juvenile delinquency, child prostitution through specialized education followed by personal finance and integration into entrepreneurship.

This institute also aims to maintain and amplify THE JOY OF LIVING among young adults from so-called privileged backgrounds, but with nihilistic and destructive behaviors, to become actors in their own lives. Because they are young, and live sheltered from material worries, they have 'everything to be happy', but yet, they can sometimes adopt harmful behaviors, for themselves as well as for others. This special fund of this foundation called SALEM KABIEN investments wants to lift the veil on a reality that is too readily hidden and encourage projects that, by involving these children and young adults, promote constructive engagement, self-respect and the exercise of active citizenship.

  • MAIN OBJECTIVES

To collect and maintain one or more funds and to allocate from time to time part or all of these funds, as well as their income, to support the creative activities of gifted children who are destitute or disadvantaged and also young adults from so-called privileged backgrounds, but who have nihilistic and destructive behaviors to use their intelligence well for the benefit of humanity and the advancement of science, in the cultural, artistic, scientific research, social-ecological and entrepreneurial fields.

To produce artistic events and give seminars in order to educate the public and professionals to better identify and promote human creative intelligence and to encourage research into the nature and characteristics of intelligence and its use, in order to provide our clients and members with a stimulating intellectual and social environment to ensure the training and supervision of young people who are inventive or have talents but who are neglected.

  • SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:
  1. Sponsor any learned society in the world (society of emulation, that is to say an association of scholars, researchers or specialists) or any non-profit association or charity which is also registered in accordance with the Income Tax Act (Canada), but having scholarly projects for the promotion of intelligence or the advancement of science for the benefit of humanity and also the Management of the franchise of the Africa on the Horizon Museums and their cultural centers.
